FERNANDO HELUEY
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

Fernando is UNO Aviation’s President and Founder. He holds an airline transport pilot (ATP) multi-engine certificate and 30+ years of flying experience. Fernando received his pilot training in the USA. Some 20+ years ago, he turned his passion for aviation, his broad experience, and his rich network of contacts into an aviation business, Multi Service Group (Brazil).  Today, Fernando is the President of a group of companies focused on the management of aircraft, the training of specialized teams, and the worldwide distribution of aeronautical parts.


BIANCA BABIO
VICE PRESIDENT OF PARTS OPERATIONS

Bianca is the leader of our parts businesses – parts sales and parts repair management. She designed, built and operates the IT systems that are the foundation of our logistics advantage. Bianca holds a degree in Business Administration and Information Technology.  She has solid professional experience acquired while working for multinational corporations. Bianca is a brilliant young leader who is tirelessly focused on the professional development of her team members. She heads the UNO Aviation office in Brazil, at Juiz de Fora in the state of Minas Gerais.


FRANK GUIDO
PARTS SALES – USA

Two years ago, Frank joined our Fort Lauderdale, FL office to develop our parts sales and parts repair management businesses. He has 15+ years experience working for multinational corporations in a variety of executive positions. At UNO Aviation, Frank is responsible for driving our parts businesses into a variety of new markets, from light-sport aircraft to business and general aviation to commercial aviation. Frank is also responsible for identifying and qualifying new suppliers of parts, aviation supplies, and repair services. His focus is on suppliers with leading-edge technology and a track record of safety. Frank is fluent in three languages – English, Portuguese, and Spanish. In just 2+ years, Frank has had a major impact on the success of our parts businesses.


KARINA IRWIN
PARTS LOGISTICS MANAGER – USA

Karina is responsible for the logistics of our parts operation out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is a natural leader and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Karina works closely with our parts suppliers and our repair station partners to deliver the right solution, to the right place, at the right price – on your schedule. She has a keen understanding of domestic and international shipping including import-export rules and regulations. Our clients and partners alike appreciate Karina's friendly nature attention to detail.
